Teamsters 320 represents Sherburne County Jail Supervisors who recently won an impressive award in interest arbitration. In order to make wages more competitive, employees bargained for a market adjustment to wages in 2025 and 2026 on top of a cost of living adjustment.

Probation Officers - Washington County
Teamsters Local 320 Probation Officers in Washington County have secured a tentative agreement! The agreement includes significant gains, such as market adjustments, general wage increases, premium pay increases, language enhancements, and accrual improvements. Members will now vote by mail ballot to ratify the three-year agreement. Teamster Strong, All Day Long.
