Erik has dedicated more than two decades to the Teamsters, starting as a freight driver and rising through the ranks to become the current Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of Local 320. Known as a fierce fighter for his members, he successfully organized over 180 parking ramp attendants and led the victorious 2020 St. Louis County Public Works strike. He looks forward to continuing to serve the members with strength, fairness, and honesty.

photo of ConnieI am a 3rd generation union member, but my roots in Teamsters come from the shop floor, where I began my membership as a Heavy Equipment Operator in 2014. Shortly after, I became a Steward and served in this position for 9 years. I was also a Trustee on the Local 320 Executive Board before becoming a Business Agent. Throughout these positions, my commitment has remained unwavering: to advocate fiercely for our members across Minnesota. I believe deeply in the power of solidarity and collective action, and I am dedicated to ensuring that Teamsters continue to be strong, respected, and member-focused.

He has been with Local 320 for 13 years, serving as a registered lobbyist and communications director before his current role. photo of KatieI have been a proud Teamster for 12 years, serving our members in a variety of roles that reflect my commitment to solidarity and advocacy. My journey began at St. Cloud State University, where I worked in the Residential Life program and quickly became active in union leadership. During that time, I was elected Campus Association President and served on the State Board of MSUAASF as the Grievance Officer, representing Administrative Service Faculty across Minnesota.

Within Teamsters Local 320, I have served as a Steward for 4 years, a Trustee for 1 year, and now as a Business Agent. Each of these roles has deepened my dedication to ensuring that members’ voices are heard and their rights protected.

I hold an MBA from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University. My academic background, combined with my union experience, gives me a strong foundation in organizational leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic communication—all skills I bring to my work advocating for Teamsters today.

I believe deeply in the power of collective action and am committed to building a stronger, more united labor movement that uplifts every member.

photo of KristyI serve as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 320, representing over 1,400 members. I have been a dedicated union member throughout my career and a proud Teamster for 17 years. Within Local 320, I have built a strong record of leadership, serving as a Trustee and previously as the State President of the Administrative Service Faculty Teamster unit, where I represented 800 members.

I hold a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and have dedicated two decades to higher education, most recently as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs for the St. Cloud State Business School. This experience, combined with my academic background, gives me a unique perspective on organizational strategy, complex negotiations, and effective member advocacy for Local 320 today and into the future.

photo of MarikaI'm currently Recording Secretary and business agent at Teamsters Local 320, a role I've held since 2020. I actively negotiate contracts, handle grievances, and represent my fellow members in mediations and arbitrations. My focus is on holding employers accountable, ensuring employees’ rights are protected, and fighting for fair, non-discriminatory, and safe workplaces. I also serve on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at MN State University, Mankato, where I advocate for the interests of workers in rural Minnesota.

My commitment to my community and the labor movement began in 1995. As a proud mother and wife, I have always believed in the power of building and cherishing a strong community. I joined the Teamsters in 2007 and quickly became an active steward, which gave me invaluable experience in representing my coworkers and upholding our contract. This experience prepared me to step into my current role as Business Agent.

As Recording Secretary, I want to use my extensive experience to continue growing, inspiring, and supporting all union members. My goal is to empower others and ensure that we, as a union, can continue to win for our members, because together we WIN!

Prior to joining the staff of Teamsters Local 320, Russell served as the Principal Officer of Teamsters Local 1145 until the local merged with Local 320 in the summer of 2025. His leadership during that time reflects his long-standing commitment to representing and supporting union members. Before beginning his work with the Teamsters, Russell was employed at Honeywell, where he gained valuable workplace experience that informs his advocacy on behalf of members today. Russell continues to bring that perspective and dedication to his role serving Teamsters across the region.

photo of ShawnShawn Williams serves as a Business Agent for the Public Works bargaining units at Teamsters Local 320. In this role, he represents and supports members by helping address workplace concerns, enforcing collective bargaining agreements, and advocating for fair working conditions.

Prior to joining the union staff, Shawn worked for more than 30 years as Director of Public Works and Utilities for the City of North Branch. His decades of experience in municipal service have given him a deep understanding of how city operations function—from infrastructure and utilities to budgeting, long-term planning, and community development.

Shawn brings this knowledge to his work with Teamsters Local 320, helping him effectively represent public works employees and support strong, informed collaboration between members, employers, and the communities they serve.
