Allie is part of the union's office support staff, assisting members and leadership with administrative services, communication, and day to day operations. She is dedicated to providing helpful, reliable support to ensure the union office runs efficiently.

As a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 320, Amy represents and advocates for union members in the workplace. Her role includes negotiating and enforcing contracts, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring members’ rights are protected. She works closely with members and employers to maintain fair working conditions and strong union representation.

Andrea became a Teamster in 2012 when she began her career as an Office Specialist with the Board of Public Defense. During her five years as a support staff steward in the Fourth Judicial District, she has witnessed firsthand the dedication and advocacy that Teamsters Local 320 provides for its members.

Andrea has proudly served on the negotiating committee for the past three contract negotiations, working to protect and strengthen the rights and benefits of her fellow members. She is committed to continuing that work and ensuring every member has a strong voice in the union.

Andrew joins Teamsters Local 320 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, bringing a relentless passion for organizing and advocating for working people.

Before beginning his career as an organizer, Andrew worked as a truck driver for Cintas. He didn't come from a union background, yet he learned the labor movement quickly as he got involved with the Teamsters. What he did know was that he and his fellow drivers were labor truck drivers working under a complicated commission only pay structure that didn't seem right. Determined to make a change, Andrew reached out to a friend who drove for Bimbo Bakeries in Philadelphia and was represented by the Teamsters. After learning about the organizing process from his friend's business agent, Andrew began talking with his coworkers and collecting authorization cards. Once about half of the drivers had signed, management learned about the campaign. The very next day, Andrew was fired over a fabricated customer complaint. Rather than walking away, Andrew doubled down. Every morning at 4:00 a.m., he was outside the Cintas facility with signs on his car, a megaphone in hand, and even Scabby the Rat during the final three weeks leading up to the union election. Although the organizing drive ultimately fell short by just a handful of votes, Andrew successfully challenged his illegal termination and won a settlement against the company.

That experience led the International Brotherhood of Teamsters to hire Andrew as an organizer, giving him the opportunity to help workers organize across the country. During his time working with Teamsters Local 320 in Minnesota, he recognized something special about the local's leadership, staff, and commitment to its members. They saw something in him as well. On the very day Andrew planned to pursue a promotion with the International, Local 320 offered him a position. After discussing the opportunity with his family, they encouraged him to take the role where he believed he could make the greatest impact.

Today, Andrew is proud to call Minnesota home and is committed to doing everything he can to serve and fight for Teamsters members across the state. He looks forward to meeting members, helping however he can, and continuing to build worker power throughout Minnesota. Go Birds!

Angel serves as Office Support Staff for Teamsters Local 320, helping keep daily operations running smoothly. She assists members with questions and supports union leadership. Known for her organization and approachable attitude, Angel is often the first point of contact for members and works hard to ensure everyone receives the support they need.

With a strong background in customer service, technology, and computer systems, Angela serves as Communications Coordinator for Teamsters Local 320. In this role, she helps ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication between the union and its membership. Angela is committed to learning and implementing new tools and technology that strengthen communication and improve efficiency. She takes pride in helping connect members with the information and resources they need through integrity, accuracy, and continuous learning.

Buck has worked for over twenty-five years in bipartisan government and public affairs services for clients in St. Paul, the Midwest and Washington, DC. Mr. Humphrey is an experienced government affairs and public relations executive with relationships and a track record with political leaders in Minnesota, throughout the country and in our Nation’s Capital. Mr. Humphrey's work finds him at the intersection of the private and public sectors on issues at the federal, state, and local levels.

In Minnesota, Mr. Humphrey has actively worked with Governor Walz, members of his Administration, legislative leadership, and its members. He has similar strong relationships with state capitol leaders in the Midwest and around the nation. Mr. Humphrey has strategically defined client reputations, product offerings and business lines. His work has supported elected officials, agencies, private sector clients, NGOs, and political campaigns. His areas of expertise include government and public affairs, public and private sector business development as well as strategic communication development, management, and implementation.

Mr. Humphrey began his career in congressional relations for Mike Espy, Secretary of Agriculture in the Clinton Administration. Recently he led the St. Paul office for Forbes-Tate, a K-Street lobbying and public affairs firm. Prior to working with Forbes-Tate, he led the Office of Communications for the Department of Homeland Security’s USCIS from 2009-2012 and worked as a senior policy advisor for the Mayor of Minneapolis. For the past five Minnesota legislative sessions, Mr. Humphrey has represented clients with tax, agriculture, healthcare, finance, renewable energy and other corporate and diversified public policy interests.

His experience spans a wealth of issues including telecommunications, healthcare, renewable energy, pharmaceutical, retail, tax, banking, coops, agriculture, immigration, conservation, natural resources, as well as trade and energy policy and regulation. His communications experience includes business development, strategic planning and messaging, project lead, project management, branding, micro and macro targeting, interactive, direct mail, design and comprehensive digital and social media communication strategy, tactics, and implementation.

Mr. Humphrey managed federal and state government affairs operations for AgriBank, FCB – the largest U.S. agriculture lender – and managed the eleven-state regional Farm Credit Services trade association from 1994-2000. From 2002-2009, Mr. Humphrey was partner and led federal and state relations for two successful bi-partisan government and public affairs firms, ASI Communications and Intersect Strategies.

Mr. Humphrey holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Hamline University and a B.A. in Law and Society from American University. Buck is married to Heidi Humphrey. They live with their two daughters in Plymouth, Minnesota.

I am a 3rd generation union member, but my roots in Teamsters come from the shop floor, where I began my membership as a Heavy Equipment Operator in 2014. Shortly after, I became a Steward and served in this position for 9 years. I was also a Trustee on the Local 320 Executive Board before becoming a Business Agent. Throughout these positions, my commitment has remained unwavering: to advocate fiercely for our members across Minnesota. I believe deeply in the power of solidarity and collective action, and I am dedicated to ensuring that Teamsters continue to be strong, respected, and member-focused.

Erik has dedicated more than two decades to the Teamsters, starting as a freight driver and rising through the ranks to become the current Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of Local 320. Known as a fierce fighter for his members, he successfully organized over 180 parking ramp attendants and led the victorious 2020 St. Louis County Public Works strike. He looks forward to continuing to serve the members with strength, fairness, and honesty.

With 21 years as a proud Teamster, Erin has built a strong record of leadership and advocacy on behalf of members at Saint Paul Public Schools. For the past 20 years, Erin has served as both a union steward and contract negotiator, standing up for workers' rights, representing members through workplace challenges, and helping secure strong contract protections.

Erin is committed to ensuring members' voices are heard at every level of the union. Drawing on decades of frontline experience, Erin will advocate for the priorities of Teamsters working with integrity, accountability, and a deep understanding of the issues members face every day.

Dedicated to solidarity and member-driven leadership, Erin believes the strength of the union comes from listening to members, defending their rights, and fighting for a stronger future for all Teamsters.

Gus serves as Vice President of Teamsters Local 320, where he is the exclusive representative for public defenders, Guardian ad Litem professionals, state court reporters, and probation officers. A second generation trade unionist, Gus began his career with AFSCME in 2007 and has dedicated his professional life to advocating for working people and strengthening the labor movement.

Since joining Teamsters Local 320 more than 15 years ago, Gus has served in several leadership roles, including Communications Director and registered lobbyist, before being elected Vice President. Throughout his career, he has successfully championed legislative and workplace initiatives that improve the lives of union members. Among his most significant accomplishments, Gus helped lead the effort to establish a pension for Minnesota probation officers and secure legislation reducing their retirement age from 66 to 60.

In addition to his responsibilities with Local 320, Gus serves as Recording Secretary on Joint Council 32's DRIVE Board of Directors. In this role, he advances the Teamsters' political action program by helping elect labor friendly candidates and advocating for legislation that protects workers' rights, strengthens workplace protections, and improves wages, benefits, and retirement security for working families across Minnesota and the nation.

Gus remains committed to building a stronger labor movement through effective representation, strategic advocacy, and legislative leadership on behalf of Teamsters Local 320 members.

Jill has been an investigator for the State of Minnesota since 1987, dedicating her career to public service and fairness. Throughout her years of service as a Steward and Trustee, she has been a strong advocate for workers' rights, believing that open communication, member engagement, and strong organization are the foundation of a successful union.

Jill is honored to serve as a Trustee for Teamsters Local 320, where she is committed to ensuring the Local operates with accuracy, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. She believes members deserve leadership that safeguards the union's resources while maintaining the highest standards of accountability.

With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to the labor movement, Jill continues to work to strengthen the union and ensure every member's voice is heard and respected.

Joe is a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 320, where he represents bargaining units in the industrial and aerospace industries. He is dedicated to advocating for members, protecting their rights, and negotiating strong contracts that improve wages, benefits, and working conditions.

Before becoming a Business Agent, Joe served as a Trustee for Teamsters Local 320. He began his union leadership at Honeywell, where he was an active steward and a member of the negotiating committee. Through these roles, Joe developed a strong foundation for representing members and addressing workplace issues.

Drawing on his experience both on the shop floor and in union leadership, Joe remains committed to serving Teamsters Local 320 members with integrity, dedication, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for the workers he represents.

Josh currently serves as the President of Teamsters Local 320, representing a wide range of professionals. His commitment to the labor movement began in 2010, when he became a Teamster member and later served as a union steward. In 2016, Josh became a full-time Business Agent with Teamsters Local 320 and has since organized over 590 new members. He is aiming to build a more equitable future for all working families.

Katie has been a dedicated member of the Teamsters Local 320 staff for 25 years, providing dependable administrative support and helping ensure the union office operates smoothly and efficiently. She takes pride in assisting members by connecting them with the information and resources they need while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Katie plays an important role in keeping daily operations running seamlessly. She enjoys helping members and approaches every task with professionalism, accuracy, and a commitment to supporting the union and its membership.

I have been a proud Teamster for 12 years, serving our members in a variety of roles that reflect my commitment to solidarity and advocacy. My journey began at St. Cloud State University, where I worked in the Residential Life program and quickly became active in union leadership. During that time, I was elected Campus Association President and served on the State Board of MSUAASF as the Grievance Officer, representing Administrative Service Faculty across Minnesota.

Within Teamsters Local 320, I have served as a Steward for 4 years, a Trustee for 1 year, and now as a Business Agent. Each of these roles has deepened my dedication to ensuring that members’ voices are heard and their rights protected.

I hold an MBA from St. Cloud State University and a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University. My academic background, combined with my union experience, gives me a strong foundation in organizational leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic communication—all skills I bring to my work advocating for Teamsters today.

I believe deeply in the power of collective action and am committed to building a stronger, more united labor movement that uplifts every member.

Kevin advises labor unions on collective?bargaining rights and obligations, processing grievances, unfair labor practices, representation petitions, and everything in between. He has argued on behalf of unions and their members in dozens of arbitration cases. Kevin has particular experience representing public employees in Minnesota with extensive knowledge of the Public Employment Labor Relations Act (PELRA), the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGPDA), and a government entity’s obligations under Minnesota’s Open Meeting Law (OML).

Kevin frequently advocates for veterans to enforce their rights under the Minnesota Veterans Preference Act and has presented CLEs on the VPA. He provides training to union officers and stewards on member rights under state and federal law. He has helped draft legislation to reinforce public employees’ rights and has testified at the state legislature.

Kevin serves as general counsel for several labor unions and nonprofit corporations. In that role, he drafts and interprets contracts and advises organizations on statutory and regulatory compliance at the federal, state, and local levels. He also appears on behalf of corporate clients in court and administrative proceedings, managing a variety of civil litigation files from pleadings to discovery, motions, verdicts, and appeals.

For almost 20 years, Kevin was a municipal prosecutor for several cities in Ramsey, Washington, and Dakota counties. He has been frequently recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor bestowed upon less than 2.5% of eligible attorneys.

Kevin graduated from Monticello High School, earned his B.A. from Carleton College in 2005, and his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline College of Law in 2008. He is licensed in Minnesota and Utah, the U.S. District Courts for both states, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

I serve as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 320, representing over 1,400 members. I have been a dedicated union member throughout my career and a proud Teamster for 17 years. Within Local 320, I have built a strong record of leadership, serving as a Trustee and previously as the State President of the Administrative Service Faculty Teamster unit, where I represented 800 members.

I hold a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and have dedicated two decades to higher education, most recently as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs for the St. Cloud State University Business School. This experience, combined with my academic background, gives me a unique perspective on organizational strategy, complex negotiations, and effective member advocacy for Local 320 today and into the future.

Linda is a dedicated support staff member for Teamsters Local 320 who takes great pride in serving the Local’s members and supporting its business agents. Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help, Linda is committed to ensuring members receive the assistance and resources they need.

I'm currently Recording Secretary and a Business Agent at Teamsters Local 320, a role I've held since 2020. I actively negotiate contracts, handle grievances, and represent my fellow members in all capacities. My focus is on holding employers accountable, ensuring employees rights are protected, and fighting for fair, non-discriminatory, and safe workplaces. I also serve on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at MN State University, Mankato, where I advocate for the interests of workers in rural Minnesota.

My commitment to my community and the labor movement began in 1995. As a proud mother and wife, I have always believed in the power of building and cherishing a strong community. I joined the Teamsters in 2007 and quickly became an active steward, which gave me invaluable experience in representing my coworkers and upholding our contract. This experience prepared me to step into my current role as Business Agent.

As Recording Secretary, I want to use my extensive experience to continue growing, inspiring, and supporting all union members. My goal is to empower others and ensure that we, as a union, can continue to win for our members because together we WIN!

Roger serves as the Strategic Analyst and Special Projects Coordinator for Teamsters Local 320. In this role, he supports the Local through strategic research, data analysis, and special initiatives that strengthen the union’s ability to serve its members. Roger also oversees the operation and transportation of the Local 320 truck, providing logistical support for events and union activities.

Before joining the staff of Teamsters Local 320, Roger worked as an Avionics Assembler at Honeywell, where he began his career in 2019. During his time at Honeywell, he served as a union steward for more than four years, advocating for his coworkers and helping represent members in the workplace.

Roger brings a unique combination of frontline union experience, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to member service. His dedication to supporting Teamsters Local 320 through research, strategic planning, and operational support makes him a valuable member of the Local’s staff.

Russell serves as a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 320, where he works closely with members to address workplace issues, enforce collective bargaining agreements, and advocate for fair working conditions.

Prior to joining the staff of Teamsters Local 320, Russell served as the President of Teamsters Local 1145 until the local merged with Local 320 in the summer of 2025. His leadership during that time reflects his long standing commitment to representing and supporting union members.

Before beginning his work with the Teamsters, Russell was employed at Honeywell, where he gained valuable workplace experience that informs his advocacy on behalf of members today. Russell continues to bring that perspective and dedication to his role serving Teamsters across the region.

Shawn serves as a Business Agent for the Public Works bargaining units at Teamsters Local 320. In this role, he represents and supports members by helping address workplace concerns, enforcing collective bargaining agreements, and advocating for fair working conditions.

Prior to joining the union staff, Shawn served for more than 30 years as the Director of Public Works and Utilities for the City of North Branch. Over the course of his career, he gained extensive experience overseeing every facet of municipal operations: including infrastructure, municipal electric and power generation, water, wastewater, stormwater, parks, streets, budgeting, long-term planning, zoning, and community development.

Shawn brings this knowledge to his work with Teamsters Local 320, helping him effectively represent public works employees and support strong, informed collaboration between members, employers, and the communities they serve.

Suzanne is the Financial Administrator for Teamsters Local 320. For over 30 years, she has combined her passion for numbers with her commitment to serving the Local’s members and staff. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication have made her an invaluable part of the organization.

Suzanne is known for her organized approach, collaborative spirit, and willingness to help others. She is always happy to answer questions, share her expertise, and support her colleagues in any way she can.
