March 31, 2026 8:30 p.m. Local 320 Showed the True Power of Unity
After a strong and decisive 95% strike authorization vote, our members made it clear: we stand together, and we will not back down. That solidarity carried us to victory, as we successfully reached a tentative agreement with Resideo Minneapolis—one that comes with the full recommendation of our negotiating committee.

“Our members spoke loudly yesterday when they authorized a strike by 95%. This unity gave us the necessary power to secure a strong new deal,” said Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer Erik Skoog. This is what happens when working people stand shoulder to shoulder. Business Agent Russell Wyman stated, “When we are united, we are powerful—and employers take notice”. Let this be a message to every employer: the Teamsters are here, and we demand respect from our sisters and brothers. The proposed 5-year agreement will be voted on next Wednesday. Stay engaged, stay informed, and stay united.

STRIKE ALERT - March 26, 2026
OUR WAGES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MISSISSIPPI — WE WORK IN MINNESOTA.
At Resideo, workers are being told to measure their worth against wages in Mississippi. Let’s be clear—that’s not just out of touch, it’s disrespectful.
We live here. We work here. We contribute to Minnesota’s economy. Our wages should reflect the cost of living, standards, and value of labor here—not the lowest bar someone can point to somewhere else.
Fair wages aren’t a luxury. They’re the standard.
Teamsters Brothers and Sisters,
Your Negotiation Committee has met with the employer several times over the past few weeks. We have worked hard to reach a fair contract and have agreed on several topics, but the progress has stalled on some of the Membership's key issues.
Despite our efforts, Resideo has chosen not to make meaningful movement on wages, excessive overtime, and other priorities. Around 2:00 p.m., March 26, 2026, the Committee ended negotiation meetings scheduled at this time. As you know, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) expires on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
A STRIKE AUTHORIZATION VOTE is scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2026.
