I'm currently Recording Secretary and business agent at Teamsters Local 320, a role I've held since 2020. I actively negotiate contracts, handle grievances, and represent my fellow members in mediations and arbitrations. My focus is on holding employers accountable, ensuring employees’ rights are protected, and fighting for fair, non-discriminatory, and safe workplaces. I also serve on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at MN State University, Mankato, where I advocate for the interests of workers in rural Minnesota.
My commitment to my community and the labor movement began in 1995. As a proud mother and wife, I have always believed in the power of building and cherishing a strong community. I joined the Teamsters in 2007 and quickly became an active steward, which gave me invaluable experience in representing my coworkers and upholding our contract. This experience prepared me to step into my current role as Business Agent.
As Recording Secretary, I want to use my extensive experience to continue growing, inspiring, and supporting all union members. My goal is to empower others and ensure that we, as a union, can continue to win for our members, because together we WIN!
