UNION:
- Your wages, benefits and working conditions are protected by a legally binding contract.
- You decide what goes in your contract. Then you and your co-workers vote on whether or not to approve the contract.

 As your newly elected Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of Teamsters Local 320, I took office on January 1st with one mission: to deliver results for our members. Our vision is straightforward, but powerful; raise industry wages, secure better benefits, lower health insurance costs, improve member response times, hold employers accountable, and fight for the dignity and respect every sister and brother Teamster deserves.
We will not wait for change, we will make it. We will not sit silently while employers test our limits or try to call our bluffs. Our fight is not just about contracts; it’s about fairness, respect, and the principle that workers’ voices must be heard and acted upon.

Teamsters Local 320 represents more than 12,000 employees across every region of Minnesota, serving workers in the public sector, manufacturing, and aerospace industries. Local 320 is supported by a dedicated team that includes full-time business agents, a field agent, a strategic analyst, a communications coordinator, a lobbyist, and five full-time support staff.
