College Tuition Discount Network
*As a Teamster member, there is a college tuition discount program that is available to you and members of your family. The ISTS Tuition Discount Network (TDN) is a list of For-Profit and Non-Profit colleges and universities that offer reduced tuition. The amount of the reduction can vary by school and can sometimes be as specific as a major. Make sure you identify yourself as a Teamster when applying.

Voluntary Income Protection Plus Plan
Teamster Members help build America. They keep industries running, supply chains flowing, and communities supported. Because of that commitment, Members have access to exclusive voluntary benefits designed specifically for them.
Most Teamster members rely on their paycheck to support their families and cover everyday expenses. If an illness, injury, surgery, or medical loss of DOT or FAA certification prevented you from working, your paycheck could stop, but your bills would not.
The Teamsters VIP+ Plan was designed for situations like this to help protect the income you depend on.
PROTECTION BUILT FOR TEAMSTERS
During open enrollment, all actively working, U.S.-Based, full dues-paying Teamster Members are guaranteed acceptance, with no medical exams or health questions required.
Both full-time and part-time members are eligible to enroll. Coverage is voluntary, and members must enroll to receive protection.

By involving members directly in decisions and collective action, Local 320 has built greater unity and bargaining power. ONE UNION! ONE VOICE! Showing that Local 320's strength comes from an engaged and mobilized membership.

UNION:
- Your wages, benefits and working conditions are protected by a legally binding contract.
- You decide what goes in your contract. Then you and your co-workers vote on whether or not to approve the contract.
- In the campaign for your Teamster contract, wage increases, health care, and other benefits are all negotiable.
- If you are unfairly disciplined or fired without just cause, the union is there for you. The Teamsters' powerful grievance procedure and our representatives and labor attorneys will fight for your rights every step of the way.
- If you don't like something at work, you and your co-workers have the power and resources to change it.

NON-UNION:
- You don't have a contract. Your bosses can change your wages and working conditions as they see fit.
- You have no voice, and you don't know how much anyone else earns. Bosses play favorites to keep workers in line.
- If you want a raise, no one has your back. You have to plead your case to a manager or supervisor.
- If you are unfairly disciplined or fired without just cause, you're out of luck. Without Teamsters representation, you are an at-will employee. This means you're subject solely to policy and can be fired at any time for any reason.
- If you don't like something at work, you and your co-workers are powerless. You are at the mercy of management.
